Heres the much-requested explanation on how to download files on the school desktop computers. This video doesnt apply to Chromebooks or netbooks, only to the networked desktop computers in the computer labs, classrooms, IRC, and various other places around the building.
As Tech Leaders, were asked a lot of questions about Chromebooks and netbooks, but one of the questions we get most comes from the computer lab: "Where is my file? I downloaded it!"
