RuneScape is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online role playing (MMORPG) medieval-fantasy game developed by Jagex. The game is by far the worlds largest free MMORPG game with over 200 million game accounts. RuneScape does not require installation as it is a browser-based game and only requires a supported web browser to run.

Set in the fantasy world of Gielinor, your player can explore the vast realm, completing various quests, killing monsters and much more. Like most RPG games, you gain experience by completing quests and killing monsters, that experience will level your character. Besides questing, RuneScape has a well balanced player-vs-player (PvP) game mode. 

RuneScape gives you many character customization options and doesnt restrict your character to a specific class (eg. Warrior, Mage, Hunter) giving you freedom on customizing your character.
